“We’re going to be creating some specials for you today,” Justin previews at the opening of his demonstration. “We’re doing an apple and sweet potato hash and also a balsamic couscous salad — both are kind of fall, real nice warm dishes — and the salad can be served hot or warm. These are excellent.
