Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil divided
  • 10 large fresh tomatoes peeled and diced
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp chopped onions
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/8 tsp freshly ground black peper

Recipe Instructions
  1. In a heavy skillet, heat one tbsp of the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add tomatoes, salt, garlic, onions, basil, sugar, oregano and black pepper.
  2. Simmer uncovered for about 30 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  3. Serve with your favorite pasta and enjoy!
