  • 1 24-ounce jar refrigerated red grapefruit sections (no sugar added)
  • 1 cup sliced banana
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped mint
  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 cup sliced banana
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped mint
  • 1 tablespoon honey
Recipe Instructions
  1. Drain grapefruit sections, reserving 1/4 cup juice.
  2. Combine grapefruit sections, juice, and remaining ingredients in a medium bowl. Toss gently to coat.
  3. Serve immediately, or cover and chill.
