Ingredients
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup whole-wheat flour can substitute coconut flour or other gluten-free flour
  • 2 teaspoon ground paprika optional
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs can substitute gluten-free panko bread crumbs

Ingredients
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup whole-wheat flour can substitute coconut flour or other gluten-free flour
  • 2 teaspoon ground paprika optional
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs can substitute gluten-free panko bread crumbs
Recipe Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F. Lightly spray baking sheet with oil.
  2. Pat chicken dry and cut into strips.
  3. Prepare three bowls. In the first bowl, add flour, paprika, salt, pepper and combine with a fork. In the second bowl, add eggs and beat well. Add breadcrumbs to the third bowl.
  4. Coat your chicken strips with flour and shake off excess. Dip into the eggs, and finally, coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Distribute the coated chicken evenly on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, turning the chicken nuggets once halfway through.
