    If you’re a mint chip fan, prepare to indulge — guilt-free. Yogurt, avocado and bananas combine to create a creamy texture (and a hint of green!) without the calories from heavy cream. With healthy helpings of potassium, monounsaturated fatty acids, fiber and protein, this wholesome, frozen confection satiates and delivers on taste.

    Ingredients
    • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
    • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
    • 1 avocado
    • 3 frozen bananas
    • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
    • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
    Instructions
    1. Combine yogurt, lime juice, avocado, bananas and peppermint extract in a blender and blend until thick and creamy.
    2. Stir in the chocolate chips and transfer to a loaf pan.
    3. Freeze at least four hours before serving.
