    Ingredients
    • 3 large Fuji apples peeled, cored and sliced
    • 1/4 cup brown sugar packed
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 1/2 cup rolled oats not instant oats
    • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
    • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    Instructions
    1. Preheat oven to 375°
    2. Layer the apple slices in a 9-inch baking dish.
    3. In a separate bowl, combine the brown sugar, cinnamon, oats, butter and vanilla. Using a spatula, pour the mixture over the apples, spreading evenly.
    4. Bake for 30 minutes, until the topping is gold and crunchy, and apples are fork-tender.
    5. Gently stir to evenly coat the apples and serve immediately.
