Melodie Osborn

Melodie Osborn, RN, BSN

Melodie Osborn, vice president and chief nursing officer, transitional care services, oversees the daily patient care and operational services for Renown’s acute rehabilitation hospital, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, home health and hospice care, palliative care and advanced wound care. In her role, she works with nurses and clinicians to improve the quality and delivery of care beyond the hospital walls. Previously, Osborn was the chief nursing officer of Renown South Meadows and post-acute care.

Jen Richards, PhD, RN

Jen Richards, Renown Health vice president and chief nursing officer, acute care services, oversees hospital-based nursing care, including the emergency, ICU, telemetry and medical/surgical inpatient departments. She works with nurses and caregivers to deliver the highest quality and safest care possible for every Renown Health patient. Prior to her role as chief nursing officer, Richards served as Renown Health’s vice president of quality and led the endeavor to enhance care quality and improve quality scores.
