  • 6 peaches
  • 1 cup part-skim ricotta
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoon honey

  • 1 cup part-skim ricotta
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoon honey
Recipe Instructions
  1. Mix the ricotta, honey, vanilla and cinnamon together and set aside.
  2. Slice peaches in halves and discard pits.
  3. Spray peach halves with oil and set face down on hot grill.
  4. Cover and cook 3 to 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from grill.
  6. Fill each peach center with the ricotta mixture.
  7. Garnish with cinnamon and honey.
