Kathy McCormick loved to cook. But after she suffered a stroke in October 2013, cooking just wasn’t the same. She’d given up meat, salt and sugar in the wake of her stroke, and for a while she gave up cooking altogether. Kathy has since embraced her new lifestyle and “relearned” the art of cooking within the parameters of her newly adopted diet.
