WATCH: Nurse of Achievement Nominees Put to the (Sculpture) Test

More than 300 Renown nurses were nominated for the Northern Nevada Nurse of Achievement honor. We threw our deserving nominees a celebration–and tested their skills with some fun games.

Nurses at Renown Health embody several characteristics that make them great — care, compassion, empathy and communication.

We put their communication (and art) skills to a light-hearted test to see just how well they could communicate by sculpting with clay. Nurses from orthopedics, the intensive care unit and labor and delivery participated — can you guess who won?

Nurses took part in the video as part of an internal celebration for Renown Health’s Northern Nevada Nurse of Achievement nominees. More than 300 Renown RNs are nominees for the annual awards. Winners will be announced on May 12 at the annual Nurses Week event at the Grand Sierra Resort.

We salute and congratulate all of our Renown nurses and award nominees. And congratulations to labor and delivery’s Emily Cliffe and Beth Ivester for getting the most correct during the game!
